Vision
To provide a stimulating learning environment that will prepare students to excel in STEM fields of study and equip them for the technology careers of the 21st century.
In our ever changing, complex world, it's important to be able to solve problems, make sense of information and differentiate evidence in order to make decisions. These are skills students develop with STEM (Science Technology Engineering and Math) education.
STEM education is essential to prepare our youth for the demands of an increasingly automated and high tech future, but students require more than just technical education. Project-based learning that focuses on technical skills as well as teamwork, leadership, inclusion and communication builds self-confidence and leads to success.
Research shows that participating in engaging, hands-on programs while young, inspires students to pursue STEM fields in school and professionally. FIRST (For Inspiration and Recognition in Science and Technology) is a global leader in youth STEM education.
